  • Managed a high-performing project controls team of 12 FTE
  • Managed EPCm contract from detailed engineering to construction
  • The project was delivered under budget and ahead of schedule

In order to meet the market demand for HMD in China and Asia Pacific area, INVISTA decided to carry forward its Nylon 6,6 intermediate and polymer project at the beginning of 2011, a project was built within Shanghai Chemical Industrial Park (SCIP), The project was successfully commissioned in 2015

Project Name: Construction & Fixed Asset Program (C&FA

  • Delivered a fully functioning Project Controls system complete with procedures, documentation and feedback loops for the C&FA program
  • Delivered system 3 months earlier than expected using high level problem-solving skill when setting up project controls system

The C&FA Project Seriatim are a series that were undertaken each year to improve, modify, prolong or de-bottleneck these existing production facilities by Santos Eastern Australia Business Unit. The improvements are aimed at reducing the operating risk, improving the economic viability and ultimately extending the life of these facilities

  • Cost baseline setup, Valued at AUD3.5 billion
  • Delivered the best cost performance report with advanced earned value application

The seawater desalination plant was delivered under PPP and  completed in 2012, was the largest addition to Melbourne’s water system since the Thomson River Dam was completed in 1983.
