Who Is HG Project Consulting
The Project Services arm of HG Project Consulting is led by Helen Guo, who brings immense value through extensive international experience as a project controls manager and project manager. She holds an engineering degree in Architecture, a Master of Project Management from Uni Adelaide, and professional certifications including Certified Cost Professional (AACEi) and Quantity Surveying Certificate from RICS.
This blend of technical foundation, hands-on project management, and specialized project controls expertise in both planning and cost controls enables Helen to effectively bridge the gap between engineering, construction and commercial disciplines. With proven leadership, innovative thinking, strategic planning, and strong financial acumen, she excels at analyzing complex project data and conveying it in a clear, concise manner that supports timely, informed decision-making.
